Featuring Gareth Owen (guitar) and Jake Lee (guitar), this event is a live flamenco guitar performance with invited guest artists. The Mint’s delicious food and drink will be available for purchase throughout the evening.

Tables are available for 2, 4, and 6 people and charged at $25 per-seat. Please arrive promptly to claim your table. Your patience is appreciated as our volunteers welcome and seat each group.

A limited number of individual seats are available for $30 per-seat. Please note: by selecting this ticket option, you agree to be seated at a mixed table of other individual ticket holders. Your seat will be assigned and may not be changed.

Enjoy an evening of all things Irish as we celebrate St. Patrick’s Day featuring The Slieves along with multi-award winning artist Q.Brooke Bachand. It will be an evening of high energy foot stomping music you won’t want to miss!

The Slieves are a West Coast Celtic band hailing from Victoria and Duncan B.C., this group has brought Celtic folk and Celtic-inspired original music to the coast of B.C. for well over a decade.

Q. Brooke Bachand (they/them), winner of two Irish Music Awards, is a consummate performer who is clearly at ease on stage. Known for their powerful fiddle, captivating vocals and their contagious energy, their love of Folk and Celtic music is always at the forefront as they thrill audiences with energetic and spirited performances that showcase their fiddle & vocal talents as well as their love of story-sharing.

The Upstairs Lounge is a licensed all ages restaurant and bar.

We are honoured to be presenting Grammy Award winner, Grammy Hall of Fame Inductee and folk music legend,  JUDY COLLINS!

The initial concert, on Saturday, March 29th, sold out within hours, but we have a second concert scheduled for Friday, March 28th, for which tickets are available through Eventbrite on our website, https://beaconridgeproductions.com/2025/01/an-evening-with-judy-collins-2/ ; as well as through the Royal & MacPherson Box Office, they are $65 plus GST & applicable service charges.

Come learn a fun North Carolina old-time fiddle tune that you can take to your next old-time jam! Practice learning by ear, and enjoy working on your bowing technique and tone, while learning some of the nuances of southern old-time fiddling. We’ll throw in a couple double stops and a few tips for making your old-time tune sound authentic. Hope to see you there!

The ‘Provincial’ fiddle contest takes in Kelowna on June 7th this year, at Rutland Centennial Hall, with concerts by Michael Burnyeat, Kai Gronberg, and the Kelowna Fiddlers, and a Dance and Dinner on Friday, June 6th. Then workshops and the Fiddle Contest on Saturday, June 7th.
