Spring Jamboree – Fiddle & Guitar Workshops!

APRIL 26 – 28, 2024 in Prince George, BC

The BC Old Time Fiddlers’ Association invites you to take part in our annual Spring Fiddle Jamboree, a fantastic musical experience you won’t want to miss!

Four award-winning instructors – Metis Master-Fiddler Alex Kusturok, Kelowna Singer-Songwriter-Fiddler Chloe Davidson, and Tiller’s Folly/Whisky Minstrels musicians Nolan Murray and Bruce Coughlan will provide 2 days of top-notch workshops in 3 levels of fiddle and intermediate guitar. Prince George’s Maria Newton will also teach a Beginner Fiddle class. 

Cost of $250 includes 2 days instruction, lunches and snacks, Friday night dance and reduced Saturday night concert ticket. (EARLY BIRD PRICE $200 available only until April 10).

March Fiddle Jam!

Live and In-person VFS Fiddle Jam on Friday, March 4. 7:00-8:15 pm, doors open at 6:30.  Location: Wheeley Hall in the Esquimalt United Church Building (500 Admirals Road).  Enter off Lyall Street.  Drop-In $5.00, VFS Members FREE!
